I order alot of things online cause I don't like to go into the city for any reason unless I have to because it is a trigger for me to use. Any way.
I ordered this stuff from a site on the internet that seemed like it was a good site. It is an actual store so I figured it would be ok. I waited and waited so then I decided to call the store and try to figure out what was going on with my order. The guy had so many excuses and I felt sorry for him, he also said that one of the things I ordered was not there so I told him I would take something that was the same price and similar. He told me he would call me the next day and never did. So I called him again today and he said "Uh yeah I should probably send it out then huh." I told him what I ordered and he said he would have it out this thursday. He acted like it was my fault for ordering something he did not have. He also told me he hadn't sent anything out since november cause the store had moved and he had a long story to tell me that explained. THis is his buisness and I don't care what the problem was I just want to know about my stuff that I paid for. I was glad he was so nice about it but I wonder how many people are pissed off because he has not sent any thing that explains or anything. He should have temporarily stopped taking orders if he was not going to fill them for so long. He said he had to look through his emails cause he didn't have internet for so long and all this stuff. I am still waiting and If it happens again I will just have to call paypal and get my money back. I don't think this guy is a very good buisness person he doesn't seem to care that alot of people have canceled their orders. I just hope that calling and talking to him helped cause he seemed like he would get it done.
